The ideal candidates will bring strong expertise in BIM, advanced design tools, and UAE regulatory compliance, delivering innovative, sustainable, and client-focused design solutions.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and execute high-profile interior design projects across Dubai and the UAE.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions aligned with client expectations.
• Apply Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows in compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and high-quality 3D visualizations.
• Manage project timelines using project management tools to track progress and deliverables.
• Identify potential project risks and propose effective solutions using data-driven insights.
• Conduct site visits across emirates to ensure design intent and quality execution.
• Integrate digital tools and emerging technologies into design and project workflows.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional interior design experience, including 5+ years on UAE-based projects.
• Strong knowledge of post-2024 UAE BIM mandates and 2025 UAE regulations.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering tools (3DS Max, V-Ray, D5, Corona, Lumion).
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects in the UAE, with focus on sustainability.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
